It looks very similar to one my wife's uncle use to have. He was a game warden for 30 years and smoked all kinds of wild game, fish, cheese...you name it. The internet has lots of good suggestions for building these. Let me know what you build and how it works--mine is still empty but it takes up to two years for them to become accustomed to it.
